Alberta Eagle writes
March 15th, 2009 by albertaeagleENTJs are the big picture top of the food chain bird. Alberta will get right to a writing assignment but she may omit things eagles don’t notice from 5,000 ft. As the first bird, she values logic and clarity and demands it in reports written by others for her eyes only. She tends to keep a distance between herself and the reader. If she has a weakness it is not releasing late breaking information because it doesn’t fit the original plan.

Her standards of excellence are wonderful. On occasion she may be too blunt or too brief. Her thoughts may need elaboration, especially with human examples. For now her style is not good with fiction or children’s stories but maybe that is as it should be.
I believe she has the common failing of leadership of omitting important data that comes along too late to make the self-imposed deadlines of "Control".
