Starting Over

I will get around to that fatal error but it might help if I explain what the fatal error is.  It comes from Google.  For those of you who have visited the site in the past you may have noticed that google typiically put up three adverts for subjects somehow related to the Post.

I liked it and I still do and I think I know where it went crazie.  I made a post without a title.  That is something one is not supposed to do – maybe.

I don’t know how tolerant the google code is.  Anyway the way it works is that every time one of you clicked on one of the adverts they put up I’d get some fraction of a penny and of course if enough of you do that it adds up – well not really – before I took the site down in part – there had been maybe 6,000 visits.  The visits were from three sources – referring sites, google and direct.  I have learned that if you want volume you must have a presence on twitter and facebook et al and if you work it you can see a relationship between what you post and what happenes as simple as if you post you get visits.  That will be seriously tested now as all my old Posts are gone albeit there are Elisabeth’s Posts.  I love it just as it is as in this restart it is so like the old IAM – as her site was my favorite and I am aware that my regular visitors are the same people as ten years ago – okay maybe it wasn’t ten years but you know what I mean.

To keep me or rather the site from dropping into the ruin pile please visit my site leave a comment kick the can.  I think doing what I did makes sense as I have learned so much and I’d rather as I am start over without the clutter of the old stuff.
