ESFJs are so into you.  If you had one as a mother there was never enough she didn’t do for you – violin practise, horseback riding – think about that when your lawyers are telling her lawyers you’re not her “pretty baby” any more.  Brooke Shields had to do that with her stage door mum.   They just can’t stop helping others and all-too-often by their industry and hard work there they are on the certification committee standing between you and membership.  Academic Affairs are not their strong suite but over time many succeed to “power beyond comprehension” by their hard work and support from other players who appreciate their industriousness. ESFJs focus on meeting others’ expectations to the neglect of their own needs. Writing isn’t their favorite activity , but ESFJ’s will make the effort if the goal is connecting with other people, which is why they are often found in the fields of good intentions.

Strengths

Terrific story tellers around the campfire, adding details on details that add to the realism.

ESFJs write with warmth and conviction, especially when the topic is about people and they have all the details at hand.  IT may look like they’re wearing their hearts on their sleeves but it isn’t.  They’re just being turkeys.

Challenges

May include too many details; they should talk their ideas over with others to avoid writing that is tedious and dull but what am I talking about.  That is what they do.

They don’t understand, instead they recall.  at their best “I am a camera.”
