Wail Wolf

Wail  is a wolf and the leader of his pack.  Were he human he’d be an ISTJ at birth and an ESTJ in his Alpha Maturity.

Typical of most Sensing types, they are quite literal in their choice of words and avoid vague words. For an ISTJ, a pen is a pen, not a "radically new writing system."

Below are some of the advantages  ISTJs face when writing:

ISTJ Strengths

Most efficient of all writers in estimating time and completing projects.
Best writing is when working with facts, which are almost always correct. 

ISTJ Problems

May leave the reader out in the cold—too dry, too brusque, abrupt. 

As an Alpha Wail Wolf is now more ESTJ albeit he’ll revert to his birth dog ISTJ when he loses the Pack.  Ceases to be the Alpha.

“ESTJs are highly responsible people who work well in hierarchies found in most large organizations. They like to organize complex activities and are undaunted by large tasks, especially those that require action rather than theorizing. ESTJs are comfortable managing others, but do not usually enjoy writing—they may find it too abstract or passive. However, ESTJs tend to persevere in any task they undertake, so they will stay with the writing assignment. They  generally prefer writing about concrete topics, such as how-to guides.

Work fast. Meet deadlines. Good at taking a stand and presenting strong arguments. Excel at writing instructions and technical procedures with a practical focus. Like working with data and real-life experiences where they can express their opinions, such as an accident report or a loss-review where they excel.

ESTJ Challenges”

Writing isn’t what they do.  What they do is DO.

Hencetheretofor their writing  may lack a focus until the writing is done by juniors and ghosts and remember that in the world of the DOER the writing is done last.  In truth - if ever - in retirement.  On the job what is called writing is code for getting the job done.  It leaps or bipolors from

1,/ Drafts often need extensive revisions.  Rushed results and low quality ensues.

2,/ The big bad wolf may come on too strong and say things too harshly.

A Major Player in the social network games will be taking on the role of BrunoBrunhilda, death dealing rat snake as well as drawing and painting the sixteen creatures.  Yes there will be T-Shirts with totally original Art.  Five full-length 2nd edition books for Christmas.  There are a number of Posts outlining a yearly routine in which books are written and shared and proofed as .pdf files arising out of the multi-blog dialogue.   Lets make this site a lot more than “everything  old is new again.”

This is wolf graduate school and this is Course # 454

Ben Franklin thought I not the eagle should have been the national bird not my friend Alberta Eagle.  I am more on the ground than an eagle and I am not stupid.  And I love this country as much as any eagle.

I have been the leader of this pack a lifetime.  Some of my older sons still running with the pack could challenge me and take me down.

But that is not the way of the wolf.  Only when I am a ruin – an old wolf no longer able - will they do what has to be done.

People think our ways are tooth and claw and they are but whereas men have intelligence wolves have honour and duty.
